Odyssey UFA Updates

  • Student Portfolio Submissions: Odyssey understand that ACE’s upload portal was removed prior to the May 31 deadline, and that some families may not have had the opportunity to complete portfolio submissions before the recent transition. If you were impacted, there will be an opportunity to address this. Odyssey recommends holding onto any related documents for now, and will share more information at a later date as to how families can proceed with uploading their portfolio. 
  • Application Status for Returning and New Students: Application processing, identity verification and eligibility determinations for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year were not completed prior to the recent transition. Odyssey's initial review of the data transferred from the previous vendor ACE indicates that it is not currently sufficient to move forward with eligibility decisions. Odyssey is continuing to evaluate the information received and will follow up next week with guidance. 
  • Existing UFA Students’ Balances: Odyssey has received transaction data from ACE and ClassWallet that details families currently participating in the program. At this time, Odyssey is reconciling all transactions to ensure the balances are accurate. They kindly ask for your patience as they reconcile these records.
