🆘 Scholarship Help Hub: Info for Parents & Providers

With the transition to a new Program Manager, there’s a lot to navigate. Odyssey has received over 25,000 reimbursement requests and has already reviewed more than half. Parents and providers alike are working through new systems and processes to understand how everything functions. To support you during this time, we've gathered a few helpful resources and links:

For Non-Returning Students with Remaining Funds

For Parents:

  • Utah Fits All Handbook: The Odyssey Support page is the UFA Handbook. Go there first to search articles for answers to your questions and to find important dates and deadlines.
  • How to Opt-In/Opt-Out for the UFA Scholarship Program: You have 30 days from program funding to opt-in or forgo your scholarship. According to communication from Odyssey that date is September 20.
  • Vendors/Service Providers with Approved Offerings on the UFA Marketplace: This list is periodically updated.
  • Customer Support: Odyssey Support remains the correct path to get answers and resolve issues, and we encourage you to continue using that channel. Here are some helpful tips:
  • Key Updates from Odyssey Email Communication 9.10.25: Read the full communication for all applicable updates.
    • Cross Enrollment: If you received a cross-enrollment notification on August 28th, please continue to work with your LEA to ensure your student is not enrolled. If you think it was in error, we still recommend contacting the LEA to alert them to the error. Ultimately, any changes to the cross enrollment need to happen at the LEA level. If you have been approved for funding but not yet opted into UFA, please be sure to disenroll from your LEA (if enrolled) before opting in.
    • Payment Processing: Schools and marketplace vendors can expect payment this week for transactions that occurred within the first week of the program. Parents with approved reimbursements can expect payment starting next week. Please note that these payments for vendors, schools and parents are within our expected timeline for receiving payments. Please also note that we expect payments to speed up over time as transfers are settled quicker between financial institutions, and volume decreases.

For Providers:

  • Utah Fits All (UFA) - Providers Handbook Section: Go here for Provider guidance and information specific to the Utah Fits All Program.
  • Vendor FAQ: This is an informative list of guiding articles, policies, and instructions for Odyssey vendors that includes topics such as what to do next after being approved, how to upload offerings, vendor guidelines, and more.
