30 Days Left: Key Info & Tips to Complete Your Utah Fits All Application

UEFA Team
UEFA Team |

The 2025-2026 Utah Fits All Scholarship application portal will remain open for 30 more days. If you haven't yet completed the application for your students, we strongly recommend doing so now.

We have delayed encouraging our UEFA community of families to access the application portal in the hope that certain issues, which are not in alignment with the law, would be addressed. While we’ve been advocating for these changes for some time, we can no longer afford to wait. It is now important for all interested families to proceed and complete their applications.

Based on the application at the time of this email, we have resources and information to help you navigate the process.

📅 Important Timeline Dates

➡️ May 1, 2025: Application window closes for all applicants (new and renewal).
➡️ ACE remains the Program Manager until May 15, at which time their contract is terminated for convenience.
➡️ May 16, 2025: Newly selected Program Manager assumes implementation of the scholarship program.
➡️ Within 30 days after the portal closes: Scholarship awards will be announced for the 2025-2026 academic year.
➡️ May 31: Portfolio or assessment must be submitted for the 2024-2025 scholarship year.
➡️ July 1: Effective date for the 2025-2026 scholarship.

Application Resources & Recommendations

✅ Review our FAQs HERE for basic scholarship information.
✅ Review our Application Slideshow in our FAQ, Utah Fits All Application Slideshow for New Applicants. This slideshow followed a parent who selected Tax Commission Income Verification and set up a TAP account.

Scholarship Application Slideshow
✅ Follow these two very important recommendations in the slideshow:

  1. Select how you plan to use the scholarship from one of two options. Scholarship amounts will be determined based on your selection. There are currently six options presented. Only two are valid and in alignment with the law. Choose the one that represents the way you will use the scholarship next year.
    • Private School
    • Full-Time Home School
  2. New applicants select Utah Tax Commission from the three options when presented with the screen Income Verification Type.
    • The law according to H.B. 455 requires all new applicants, including siblings, to have their income verified through the Utah Tax Commission. We recommend all new applicants set up a TAP account. Only those participating in DWS services will be identified during the application process and no further income verification will be required from them.
      • 2024 Income Taxes are required. We recommend setting up TAP even if you have not filed at this time.
      • The Tax Commission cannot verify your income without your permission granted through TAP.
    • For unique filing circumstances, we recommend contacting ACE Scholarships directly with your questions.
