Utah Fits All Scholarship Program Strengthened by HB467 Cleanup Bill

Today, Representative Candice Pierucci released the cleanup bill for the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program, House Bill 467. We have worked closely with the Representative and are supportive of this legislation. The bill includes several meaningful improvements, particularly enhancements to customer support, important clarifications to the pre-approval process for eligible expenses, and articulated timeframes for expense reimbursement. ​​In addition, the legislation introduces broader improvements to strengthen the program overall, including targeted enhancements related to private schools.

As implementation of the law shines a light and brings attention to specific areas in need of fine tuning and improvement, we are grateful for Representative Pierucci’s leadership and responsiveness toward strengthening the Utah Fits All Program. These changes are designed to better support students and families.
