➡️ Priority 1 — Informing Parents About the 2025-2026 Application Portal Timeline
Get Ready Families! New applicants can apply for the Utah Fits All Scholarship beginning Monday, March 3. Unless you are a current scholarship recipient renewing for next year, you qualify as a new applicant. That includes students who are waitlisted for this school year.

We have compiled all available information provided by the Program Manager to date in one location. Please review and start to prepare the necessary documents and requirements needed to apply. Selection is by lottery based on income preference levels/tiers, not first come, first served. You can find the preference levels and income chart on our resource page here.

There is no portal location provided yet. We will keep you informed as more information is released. You can access the information provided by the current Program Manager, ACE, by visiting the Utah Fits All website.

➡️ Priority 2 — Advocating on the Hill for Utah Fits All
- ✅ Prior to the release of House Bill 455, UEFA’s community of parents answered our Call to Action and sent 5,200 messages to the House Education Committee! Your messages at that time were simple — ask the members for their continued support in protecting and strengthening the Utah Fits All law. Please provide families with the freedom and access to choose the best fit for their child’s education!
- ✅ Since that time, the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program Amendments was introduced in committee and a substitute version of the bill was passed. We shared the bill highlights with you ahead of time. The Substitute received a unanimous favorable recommendation with three members absent, and now sits on the House 3rd Reading Calendar awaiting floor debate.
- ✅ Policy is a negotiation and a compromise with a multitude of different voices coming together collaborating and working to find agreement. You can expect the current bill to undergo additional changes as it works its way through the legislative process.

- ✅ In our last communication we shared the most recent activity related to Senator Cullimore’s Request for Appropriation (RFA) for Utah Fits All. It now sits in the hands of the Executive Appropriations Committee for consideration as part of the Public Education Appropriations Subcommittee recommendations.
- ✅ The legislature released their updated budget estimates. While we remain hopeful for an additional appropriation, the news reflects a tight budget year.

Your stories are making a difference! Thank you to all who answered the call.
