Judge Dismisses Final Claims Against Utah Fits All Scholarship

3rd District Court Judge Laura Scott dismissed the final claims brought against the Utah Fits All Scholarship Program by the Utah Education Association (UEA). This is an encouraging step forward for Utah families and students who benefit from greater educational choice.

As Robyn Bagley, Executive Director of Utah Education Fits All, shared:

“We are pleased that the judge dismissed the remaining claims brought by the UEA. Such baseless claims have no validity in our courts and were clearly designed as intentional attacks against the program. The appeals process can now proceed, and we remain confident that the Utah Fits All Scholarship will ultimately be ruled constitutional and continue to serve the educational needs of Utah families and students.”

The legal process will now continue, and we remain optimistic that the Utah Supreme Court will uphold the program's constitutionality.
