Press Release: Utah Education Fits All Sets Sights on Appeal Now That Baseless Claims by UEA Have Been Dismissed

SALT LAKE CITY, Utah — Robyn Bagley, Executive Director of Utah Education Fits All, issued the following statement after 3rd District Court Judge Laura Scott dismissed the remaining claims against the Utah Fits All Scholarship program brought by the UEA.

We are pleased that the judge dismissed the remaining claims brought by the UEA. Such baseless claims have no validity in our courts and were clearly designed as intentional attacks against the program. The appeals process can now proceed, and we remain confident that the Utah Fits All Scholarship will ultimately be ruled constitutional and continue to serve the educational needs of Utah families and students.
